The lovable pink blob Kirby is getting ready to make its mark on the Wii U with new game ‘Kirby and the Rainbow Paintbrush’ set to release in Europe on May 9.

Announced last year at games convention E3, the game is played on the Wii U GamePad using the stylus to direct Kirby. The soon to be released game also supports the Kirby, King Dedede and Meta Knight amiibos, which are to be used once a day to power-up Kirby with special abilities.

A Kirby amiibo will also give players unlimited Star Dash, the only other way to activate the Star Dash is by collecting 100 stars.
