Titanfall is not the revolutionary game of the last decade however it is on the next level of the evolutionary gaming platform. However, the narrative is not the best – hopefully they will work on this for any sequels!
There are 2 types of gameplay, as a pilot or as a titan. Both options come with their own benefits and the transition into and out of the titan are successfully fluent. The balance works well in this game and it can become quite addictive. With the optional accessories that unlock at different stages, you can start to customise your Pilot and kit him out with better weaponry.
You’d think that things would be more exhilarating and easy as a Titan, easy is perhaps correct, seeing as you get a titan “life bar” which basically extends your pilots “life bar” as this is protected whilst inside the titan. However, more exhilarating we would argue with as we would rather have the ability to run along and up walls and combine this move with jumps to explore the steepest points of the map. Being small with good agility has its perks when sneaking up on the enemy!
